Advocates Tell Legislature: Don't Turn Back the Clock on Education Funding

July 16, 2009

Hundreds of citizens from 20 Pennsylvania school districts came from across the state to the State Capitol today to send a message to the General Assembly: don’t turn back the clock on school funding.

The event was just one of several Capitol rallies this week supported by the Better Choices for Pennsylvania, a coalition of groups committed to taking a balanced approach to resolving the state budget shortfall.
